Namit leads WBA’s Social Transformation work to influencing SDG2000 companies and holding them accountable through the Social Benchmark, Corporate Human Rights Benchmark and the Gender Benchmark. Prior to WBA, Namit has worked with Oxfam, CARE and Samhita Social Ventures in the areas of advocacy, campaigning, program design and communication. He is a member of the India’s National Human Rights Commission core group on Business, Environment and Human Rights, a Steering Committee member of GRI South Asia Charter on Sustainability Imperatives and an Advisory Committee member of Fair Finance Asia.
